Perfect Imperfections/Private Sale - Returns:
Returns of orders related to Private Sales or to Perfect Imperfection items, must be requested within 7 days from delivery date.
Return shipping fee related to Perfect Imperfections/Private Sale orders is EUR 8.00
Refund:
The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by T.LUXY.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by T.LUXY, usually within 3-5 business days from delivery date. It could take up to 10 days during promotion periods.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.
